シンフー第2回社員ファミリーデー
Jul 30, 2024シンフーは、従業員の家族や子供たちに会社への理解を深め、従業員の帰属意識を高め、企業文化を豊かにするために、7月20日に従業員家族の日イベントを開催しました。
イベントスタッフの案内の下、従業員の子どもたちはシンフーのショールームと製造工場を訪問し、両親が日々過ごす職場環境を目の当たりにし、会社の効率的で整然とした仕事環境を体験することで、両親の仕事に対するより具体的な理解を得ることができました。
シンフーは、社員一人ひとりとその家族を大切にしています。社員旅行や社員ファミリーデーなどの取り組みを通じて、今後も家族向けのアクティビティをさらに開催し、社員の生活の幸福と充実に貢献することを目指しています。
